Really nice helpful owners. Right next to Paddington station Lots of bars, restaurants and fast food in the same road. Really good value for London.
The hotel room basic but good and spacious, very clean bed sheets , nice pillows and duvet, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Friendly staff, super handy due to being so close to Paddington station. Close to restaurants and shops. If you go to London for sightseeing and back to sleep, for me it's a good priced hotel, I don't mind to have a basic nice room as long as it's clean and staff are nice and caring which it was my experience in Sophia Hotel.
Room was clean, very clean bedsheets and towels. Tea and coffee and kettle provided, tv in room. Shower was good also. Don’t know why the negative reviews, perfect location for Paddington, reception was nice. I had room 201. For what you pay. In London. I’d say it wasn’t bad at all.

Nicest staff ever!! Had an awesome experience, already recommended to friends and family, we will definitely come back!! Perfect location, super safe area, and a beautiful window next to the bed, a dream!!
Great costumer service the people at front desk were very polite and friendly we asked for extra pillows and tea and sugar when we arrived they gave us a fan it was clean other than a few skuff marks on the walls the tv worked but wasn’t screwup right there also was a leaky tap but over all it was very pleasant we enjoyed our trip to London and will be more than happy to stay again
We read a few reviews online an have to admit was really worried. Arrived for the weekend and altho hotel could do with a good paint an revamp, we was pleasently surprised, its in a lovely area rooms are very basic with the necessitys, shower sink toilet beds kettle. The guys running the hotel were friendly & helpful
